Foster Family Alliance of North Carolina is hosting a Social Worker gratitude campaign this month to acknowledge and encourage the social workers in our lives.

We have seen the heartache, burnout, turnovers, and hard cases firsthand. But words of encouragement from the families and children always give hope and a push to keep serving. ❤️

We know the system is broken and we know that in order to fix it we all have to work as a team. So this contest is going to be a little different- but we hope you will participate and help us bless/encourage social workers!

Here are the rules:

1- Email Christy.roessler@ffa-nc.org or DM us your nomination for an amazing social worker OR a social worker that needs encouragement. Maybe a social worker that is about to give up or walk out or one that is “drowning”. Or one that has a way of making you feel valued and appreciated.

2- Deadline to enter is March 20, 2023.

3- Please include your name, their name, agency and an explanation of why you nominated them.

4- We will choose TEN winners!!! We will bless them each with a $100 gift card!!! ❤️❤️❤️

5- We will announce the winners on Social Worker Day- March 21st.
