Gaile Osborne Awarded the Collaborative Leadership Excellence Award

We’re excited to announce that our Executive Director, Gaile Osborne, has been selected to receive the Collaborative Leadership Excellence Award at the 2025 Family Champion Awards, hosted by The Institute for Family on September 30 in Charlotte.

This honor celebrates leaders who bring people and sectors together to strengthen families and create lasting change. Gaile’s ability to build strong networks, foster collaboration, and keep family well-being at the center of every conversation is exactly why she’s a true champion.

We can’t wait to cheer her on as she’s recognized alongside other incredible advocates from across North Carolina.
